Dairy-Free Banana Pancakes

  1. Preheat stove to 3 (medium heat).
  2. Stir all ingredients in mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add extra water if it is too thick.
  4. Raise temperature on stove to 3 1/2.
  5. Lubricate pans with olive oil.
  6. Ladle batter into pan until size of your choice.
  7. Cook until bubbles form.
  8. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  9. Serve with syrup.
