Preheat stove to 3 (medium heat).

Stir all ingredients in mixer until smooth
and creamy.
- Add extra water if it is too thick.

Raise temperature on stove to 3 1/2.

Lubricate pans with olive oil.

Ladle batter into pan until size of your
choice.

Cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with syrup.
