Ingredients:
Mango Salsa (mango, papaya, red bell pepper, jalapeno chili, cilantro, lime juice, unknown spices)
Fresh Salmon
Butter
Parsley
Lemon
Preparation:
1) Marinate the Salmon, let sit at least 20 minutes
2) Cook in microwave steamer dish
3) Add mango salsa to top
Suggested Side Dishes:
Near East Long Grained & Wild Rice mix
Steamed Vegetables (Broccoli, Squashes, Zuchinni, Carrots, etc.)
