This program converts numbers to and from binary (with hex
output display also). Binary numbers can be entered by pressing
the buttons for ones and zeros. The decimal output is also
editable to enter a number (less than or equal to 255) and
have it convert backwards to binary and hex. I wrote this
program to use for a digital logic/computer hardware class
I was taking. We used this Xilinx software that everybody
hated, and had to wire up control signals using binary values
and/or hex values, so this program could keep track of which
bits were supposed to be ones and zeros for you, although
it might have other uses. At one time there was a version 1.2 which included additional features, but alas, due to insufficient version control procedures that version is no more.

on the fly, so you can easily review your finished balance,

This program is an automatic wallpaper
changer. It randomly selects a file from your windows
directory (even if it's not C:\windows) and sets it as
the current wallpaper. What makes this program unique
is that it automatically quits after it changes the wallpaper.
The only thing you see when you run this program is your
wallpaper changes. This program works great in your startup
group. (Requires Visual Basic 6 runtimes)
